I've been hearing rumblings from the custom installer network that certain devices will no longer work with Sirius XM after some kind of update rolling out "in the coming weeks". Specifically, the URC network streamer model SNP-1. I don't know exactly what this device is other than a network streamer of some sort that for some reason can't accept the firmware update that will be required by Sirius, soon.
The only big update I can find coming from Sirius is a channel lineup on August 13: link
So, my question is: Do we need to worry about anything or need to take any action on or before the 13th? I'm streaming Sirius through the official MSB app on a RPi running LMS 7.8 using squeezelite as a player.
Thanks!
Robert
