Squeezelite Raspberry Pi 2 not showing as a player

Just got a R Pi2 set up to run Squeezeplug and in particular the BBC app to get Radio 3 HD. When I first got it running and set up an account, the account picked it up as a registered player. However, since that first time it has not shown up as a player despite the account details being set up in the LMS settings via the web controller.

Trying to access My Apps via Squeezer comes up with a message that the player is already registered to another user.

The player IP address is the same as when initially set up. Any suggestions on what to try or links to previous suggestions? Anything else that people need to know to give pointers?
