Cannot add apps to Home menu

This is for mysqueezebox.com on my SB3.

I've tried selecting the option after installing apps to add them to the home menu. They don't show.
I've also tried to go into mysqueezebox.com to get to the app's player settings. The checkbox is there, but I'm not seeing it.
What's wrong? Is it still supported on SB3/MSB?

I have both the SB3 and SqueezePlay (on my Joggler).

Other odd observations are that the apps in My Apps don't show in alphabetical order when I use an external controller such as the Android Squeezebox app.
This is the same on my SqueezePlay. The BBC App comes after TuneIn.

I've also got the Orange Liveradio app that shows in both SqueezePlay and on my SB3's list through the controller. (This doesn't show on the SB3 itself!)
I can't remove this as it's no longer in the App Gallery. It also doesn't show on www.mysqueezebox.com
How can I remove it?
